The Plane Ride

We were all excited to go on vacation but Emily was the most excited person in the family for the plane ride. She hasn't been on a plane for about three years so she doesn't remember it. She was a little nervous but also SO exctied! Joshua was hesitant and held onto the armrest tightly during takeoff.

The ride there we were spoiled by the flight attendant. He made paperbag puppets with the kids, told us funny stories about his time in school, gave us free cookies, tons of extra chips, and cheese and cracker trays. Rachel did amazingly well. The ride home was a different story. Rachel was horrid on the trip home that I'm glad we are not planning on flying again anytime soon. She is much better in the car.

Emily wanted to know when she was going to get her chips and other food that we ate on the plane trip there. We sat right behind the First Class section. She saw how well those people were treated and the food they were given. She wanted to eat their salad.
