Field Day
Field Day at Cheatham Elementary was amazing!
As a child, my field day was a kickball game and a few races. Cheatham's was so well planned with tons of different active stations.
One of Joshua's favorite station was this game where you pull other's flags. It was a hit with all boys!
Emily loved getting her face painted as a kitty cat.
All kids were put in pairs but the kindergarteners had a 6th Grade buddy to escort they all over the field. Emily and her friend Katelynn were assigned Allan.
One of the games Emily loved was filling a cup with a squirt gun. Emily missed a lot and decided to get Allan wet instead. He was a good sport.
Rachel's favorite activity was this bounce obstacle course. She did it a couple times with Allan.
Allan's favorite station was the bounce basketball court.
You attached to a rope with another person attached on the other side. It is like a tug-a-war trying to get close enough to make a basket.
There were a lot of volunteers to run each station that the longs were not very long.
Another favorite of Joshua's was the fill the bucket. He raced against one of his best friend's Panth. I can't wait until Field Day next year.
