Back to School

On Meet the Teacher Night, everyone was so excited to see who was in their class. Kind of sad for me that Allan is not in the picture. I'm still in denial that I have a son old enough to be in Junior High.

Here is Emily trying out her new desk at Meet the Teacher. She is so excited that her best friend, Hannah, is in her class. Lucky girls!

Here is our traditional at the front door "First Day of School" picture. They've grown so much since last year.

Emily laid out her clothes the night before, including the jewelry. She loves putting together outfits and changing things around.

Nathan and Joshua led the way. They wanted to get their as early as they could.

We dropped Nathan off first. He was a good sport about me taking a picture.

Next was Joshua. This was the best picture I could get.

Emily was a little nervous at first but came home excited to tell me all about the day.

This year Emily was so excited about her Barbie backpack and all her accessories - belts and jewelry.

So I don't have many photos of Allan starting 7th Grade at Curtis Middle School. Kind of embarrassing for the kid. It was a great day for him and he was a little nervous until a friend joined him. It is going to be a great year.
