Rachel's 3rd Birthday
The big day came and my sweet baby turned 3!

Rachel loves the movie Tangled (well, who doesn't??) and wanted a cake with the Tangled Tower to celebrate the occasion. The cake is a white cake with buttercream frosting.
I bought a few new frosting tips for the occassion. I love this new one that makes grass. So easy.
I made these cute jello boats to go along with the theme.

Rachel talked for weeks about how her Grandma "with blond hair" was going to buy her "a tangled dress." When my parents came to visit, we took her to Target and found the dress but she wanted this Barbie instead. She would not let go of it. She was so happy to unwrap it and held it for the entire day. It has become her favorite Barbie.
She absolutely loved all of the princess things we gave her.
A new princess stroller, backpack and new pink shoes.

Since Rachel is now three years old, Three Things We Adore About Her
1. The way she adores her family. She gives the most affectionate greetings to everyone when they come home or wake up. She cannot get enough of her family and it melts my heart.
2. The way her imagination works taking her into a wonderland with her toys. She loves her Polly Pockets and her Barbies and is always singing when she plays with them.
3. The ways she talks. I love her language and it is something to hear her say "Dampa" or "Biptures."
We sure love her!

Oh, and thank you to my parents who came to celebrate with us. They did a great job of decorating and I can't believe I don't have any pictures of it. They put up yellow and purple streamers and ballons. It made for a special day.
