Gingerbread Houses

Our Christmas Village turned out amazing and the kids had so much fun making their own houses. It was truly a work from everyone in the family. Andrea made the rice crispy bushes and trees, Allison the frosting, and Jacob premade 8 houses for the younger kids using melted almond bark. (It worked really well and the houses were sturdy.)

I wish I would have taken a picture of all the makings for a gingerbread house. There were so many choices!

Each house turned out so different.

Joshua used his structural engineering to make this house.

A favorite of everybody was Bonnie's Tangled tower. She topped over from the weight of the Taffy.

Rachel was so "proud" of her creation.
