Hollywood Studios
Disney Hollywood Studios is the smallest of the parks - if you can call 135 acres small! We felt like we were in Hollywood in California while we visited this park. There is so much to do you can't see it all in one day. My favorites?

For my boys who LOVE thrill rides, this was their very FAVORITE ride from all of Disneyworld. Expedition was a very close second. Do you want to accelerate from 0 to 57 mph in just 2.6 seconds. Most everyone agreed that this ride was too short. We rode it a couple of times and could do it more.

Want to take a 13 story drop? Allan and Nathan loved this ride. The technical effects are impressive to take you to the Twilight Zone.

The Indiana Jones Stunt Show was very entertaining. I remember this show from when I was 17. I don't think it has changed much. The stunts are impressive!

Star Tours was fun for my Star Wars fans. Even waiting in line was fun.
You must not miss the Lights Motors Action Extreme Stunt Show - one of the very best at Disney World Florida. The stunts are so amazing!!
A highlight of any visit to Disney World is the parade.
The floats are impressive, beloved dancing characters, and great music.
As I try to capture the joy of Emily at the parade,
this is what I get. "Mom, why are you taking pictures of me?" I know she'll appreciate these pictures someday.

We also saw a few comedy street shows that were hilarious. Emily and Rachel saw Beauty and the Beast with my parents and I was so sad that we missed it! They both LOVED it. This gives me a great excuse to plan another trip to Disney World.
Toy Story Mania - This is a must ride and get your fast pass early in the day. This ride is fun for the entire family.

After riding Aerosmith, we had a few minutes while we were waiting for family. We were walking around and walked past Toy Story Mania. The lines for fast passes was long and this was early in the day, around 10:00 AM. I jumped in line and the attendants told us, "We are running low on fast passes and you probably won't get tickets. You are welcome to wait." Of course this didn't discourage me. Another attendant opened another ticket box and quite a few people from my line jumped to this line so I scooted up. Jacob got in that line. It was immediately closed. I was so glad I stayed put. My line moved quickly. When I got there, I got the very last fast pass but I got just one. I told the attendant that I needed 7 for my family and he gave me six more. On this ride, you wear 3-D glasses and spin around and play Carnival Games.
Not to be missed? Fantasmic! An amazing fireworks, lights, live action and effects show like nothing you've seen before. The main character is Mickey Mouse as the Sorcerer's Apprentice.
The stage is surrounded by an water.
There are special dancing water effects and so many of my favorite characters.
To end the day, we saw Voyage of the Little Mermaid and then The Great Movie Ride. It was nice that there was no wait. Travel on huge vehicles through some of the greatest movies such as The Wizard of Oz and Raiders of The Lost Ark.

Emily now wants to dress up as Minnie when she grows up.
